As the leader of ARC's mission to redefine critical mineral recovery, her strategic vision and technical expertise have been essential in establishing ARC’s superiority. Nifemi's ability to combine scientific innovation with commercial viability has been a driving force behind ARC’s innovative leadership in responsible resource recovery.

Dr. Flint is a mineral processing engineer with over 30 years of experience in building and operating various minerals processing plants around the world. His expertise lies in unique processing equipment design, which he has used to develop innovative ARC technology. With contributions in academia, Dr. Flint has taught mineral processing and mining engineering, contributing to advancements in the global mineral processing industry.

Lucas has an engineering background and expertise in project management and business development. He has cross industry contributions ranging from the oil & gas to multibillion dollar construction projects.
